Conveniently located, clean, easy access. Would have rated as 5 stars but it is almost impossible to get a hold of a human being online or via phone to answer questions.

Who wouldn't love a fully automated storage facilty. Just pick your space, pay the machine, and move in. Awesome!

I spent about two hours trying to get into the gate. the code I was given did not work on the gate and it wasn't until someone let us in that we realized that we had to go in through a different entrance to get to the unit. someone finally told us that the gate code had he unit number in front and you don't enter that. great.... the kiosk screen was dark and there was a wasps nest in it. I could get a live representative either. I don't recommend this place unless you are really strapped for cash.

Good location, had some challenges getting a new code at the kiosk, but customer service team worked to get it resolved ASAP.

I've been renting storage units for years and this Kiosk idea is genius! I love efficiency and this was unbelievably easy & smart. Love it!

Site is unattended. Kiosk had leftover printed agreements with gate access codes. Vended lock was a cheaply made disappointment. Doors to 10x10 are 33 inches wide. Online attendant responded quickly.
